Today is the last day for preliminary FOAFCamp registration (although you can register until 1 Aug, places may run out), and tomorrow is the deadline for one or two-page position papers for the FOAF-Galway workshop (registration for that is open until 12th August).
FOAFCamp costs 100 Euros, and is an informal meeting in a small conference centre on a University campus in a wood in the Netherlands. FOAF-Galway is free (though we're trying to persuade people to come to a dinner and you have to pay 40 Euros for that, sorry), and should be an interesting mix of academics and commercial people from many different countries, judging by the papers and registrations we've recieved so far.
Do come along if you can.
